unfairly banned

i was flying around on earth and some one started to copy peoples names to avoid beeing banned as they spamed reborn legends i ended up being one of these people and i ended up being banned i find this unfair because many people knew this person was changing his name to match theres he only got my name because i told him to stop spaming =/ so may i please be unbaned
